Hi, I’m Kathryn – an experienced Hypnotherapist (DipRT, Int. Ct. Hyp., GQHP), Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, HPD and Ayurveda student and believer in you. I’m registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and I also have an enhanced DBS check.

I cherish working with midlife women who are compelled to live an extraordinary life but are struggling navigating the plethora of change and upheaval which can occur during this time.

Midlife certainly brings its challenges. Those challenges can come thick, fast totally blind siding you or they can gently creep up and before you know it, you’re looking in the mirror thinking “I don’t recognise myself. I have no idea who I am, what I want, let alone where I am going.” That’s where I come in…..

I have supported and walked alongside clients as they have overcome fears, phobias, trauma, gut issues, low confidence, divorce, grief, anger, anxiety, low mood, pain, stress, insomnia, change, hot flushes, food and alcohol challenges and smoking amongst other things.

My approach spans across multiple modalities including hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) mindfulness, coaching and cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT). In simple terms, my approach is multifaceted.

When we work together, you can be guaranteed you receive specifically chosen techniques and they will be personally tailored for you. I believe you are unique and whatever you want to ‘work on’ will have nuances particular to you. Therefore, you need a well researched, planned and tailored programme to get where you want to be. Our sessions together are collaborative, interactive and there are development tasks for you to complete between sessions to support you to become and embed the change you want to experience.

It’s imperative you choose someone who you believe can help you get results and who has the skills, knowledge and experience to help you move forward. The therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is integral to you getting the results you desire.
